I have a question and statement. I went to get a perscription for Ritalan for the first time here in MA and instead of
getting what I wanted I got the genaric brand. When I questioned this the respose was that it is state law to give the
genaric brand unless otherwise spesified.I am thinking it just was specified by the fact that the perscription was for Ritalan,
that is a brand name not the kind of medicine.Apparently even though the MD put down Ritalan he also has to make a note
"no subsitutions allowed" does that make sense?
