I didn't feel a great difference until I upped my dosage. It has helped me a lot with reading( I'm a student). I can actually read for more than a couple minutes. As a matter of fact I'm so excited about being able to read that I've been reading everything I can get my hands on. I don't feel like eating although my stomach constantly feels like its growling. I don't mind it so much since I used to binge whenever I got real anxious. My heartrate is a lot faster than normal. I can actually understand what you're saying to me even if the tv is on. . so far it's been allright.
