Hello Tony,
You can do an at-home questionnaire to determine the possibility of having ADD/ADHD. Here's where to go:
www.addult.org
Then just click on the Questionnaire button and print out the self-assessment quiz. I did this and scored 3 times as high as the number required for being considered an ADD/ADHD possibility. My psychiatrist looked it over and agreed that ADHD testing would be necessary. It was then confirmed that I have it and now take some very helpful medicine for concentration (Adderall).
Good luck to you, be sure to let us know how you did on the self-assessment. _Matthew Douglas_
