: we cant get the dose right with our 6 year old son.
: in the morning the school cant manage him in the pm after a dose hes better
: what should we do our doctor is not helpful

Our son is on twice daily dosing. He gets his first dose at home before he leaves for school and then they give him his second dose at lunch time in the nurses office. Call your doctors nurse and have HER ask about the possibility of twice a day dosing and see if maybe going that route will help. If that doesn't work I would almost want to suggest you consider changing doctors since it can take a long time to find the correct dose or type of medicine for each child. You need someone who is willing to work with you on this. Good Luck
