: :I have a 9 year old girl who is ADD. The doctor just prescribed Adderall. I'm very nervous now after hearing all your stories about the aggresive behavior this drug has caused. I hope and pray that this doesn't happen to my daughter. Right now the only problem she has is not being able to concentrate in school. I don't need her becoming aggressive too. Anybody out there have any positive feedback concerning 9 year old girls without the "H"?

I too have a 9 year old daughter that just today was prescribed Adderall. Like you, I am very nervous about the aggressive behavior that may or may not come along with it. My daughter is a quiet child who's only problem is concentrating on her work at home and school. After reading all of the stories like you have I have major worries too. I was told by her doctor that the medication would simply help her focus. If you hear anything please feel free to email me at fressia45@aol.com. Thanks to anyone with suggestions or comments. Margaret
