As I mentioned in my original post, my chiropractore suggested the Neurogain...he takes it himself..he also has ADD. I continute to notice a difference when I take it, it is available in PA at Savemart stores....possibly available at health food or drug stores. You'll have to check. If you do a search on the web, just plug in Neurogain and you will come up with websites and info...but it seems to be more expensive on the web. :-(
