: My sons are 11 and 5. I have heard the term ADD for three years and it has always been followed by " We

: to think the 11 year old may have slight ADD. Are there viamins, minerals or natural ways to help his
: concentration and to stay on task. What are some techniques we can use? This is all new to me. The
: 11 year old will be seeing a MD in a couple weeks.

: The 5 year old seems to be worse. HELP!! We need educated!

Ask you doctor to refer all three children to a clinic that does ADD testing and find out for sure whether they have it or not. If they do have it then you can start from there. Good luck.
