I tried looking at the Social Security web page for specific info. re: ADD coverage & wasn't very successful. I did find a phone # for their program "Kids Now", however, & perhaps a call would lead you in the right direction (1-877-KIDS-NOW) Is there any way to ask your friend where the $400. checks are coming from? In the meantime keep looking on the board for a message with an answer.
