I am 31 and have been on Adderal for about 6 months after being prescribed antidepressants--the Adderal has changed my life! I take about 15 to 20 mgs a day. I think that your son's appetite will return after about 1 month--as mine did. I have not lost any weight on the drug, but am able to eat less compulsively and more constructively. Adderal has been the answer to all my problems--I can feel the anxiety and frustration drain out of me as my heart rate starts to slow down. Incredible! No more rages, no more feelings of lack of control and my self-esteem has returned. I don't know what I would have done without a friend's recommendation.
