Hello,
This is Jewels here. I got diagnosed with ADD just recently. The doctor said that I am somewhere in between aspergers and ADD.
I have a couple questions concerning sensory integration. I have always had problems with this- don;t like people hugging me that much, hate balloons and other noises and have a very keen sense of smell. I can spot anything out. I know that autistics have probs with this- (my bro is autistic)I also have distortions w/ hearing when I am in a room with people talking and I can't filter out some stuff and focus on one voice at a time.
But I did read that sensory integreation also goes along with ADD. Just wanted to hear your thoughts on this subject. Thanks.

Julie
