I don't know exactly what I have but it sure has been buggin me for years. When I have to do a precision related task, (Such as putting thread through the head of a needle) I get this overwhelming sensation near my lowerback/tailbone. This sensation causes me to jerk around and sometimes I have to give up because of it. I was recently writing a diploma (I'm 18 years of age) and the sensation stayed with me for a record amount of time almost leading me to walk out the door because I couldn't take it. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Ask me questions too if you would like!
