Can anyone give me their advice on getting myself into a structured routine - getting myself to bed at a set time so I can get up at a regular time, remembering to take the medication at set times, attending to household tasks daily / consistently etc.
I have small children (3) who need me to create a structured environment for their security but predictability and consistency have not yet been within my grasp. I am also a sole parent, so I must be able to impose this regime on myself somehow. I need to be up early in a smooth running organised home!
I can tackle the extraordinary with ease, it's the life skills others don't even need to think about that's my problem.
I always joked (pre ADD diagnosis) that I didn't have any circadian rhythms. Definitely not funny anymore.
