Concerta is a slow release form of Ritalin which lasts about 12 hours. It incorporates "osmosis" which i think basically trickles the medication out steadily unlike Ritalin SR which is notoriously unreliable. The once daily pills should cost about the same as 3 ritalin, so they'll be about equal.
