Simple. cause there really isn't anecdotal evidence that shows ADD is cause by a nutritional problem. can you cure a serious disease just by changing your diet? probably not, although some will try. most doctors believe that many phychological problems are related to neurotransmitters in the brain. For instance a lack of serotonin can cause depression. ADD is normally attributed to a lack of dopamine. Maybe they will find some kind of "breakthrough" in the future. but currently your choices for treatment are limited.
