I take 18mg in the morning of concerta. This didn't seem to do very well, and I my doctors advice changed the dosage to 36mg in the morning, but this caused me extreme drowsiness, and a kind of listless feeling. I only tried this dosage once a couple of days. I am now back on the 18mg in the morning.

My add symptoms are fairly typical: anxiety, fear of social interaction at times, inability to concentrate, inability to focus for any length of time.

I was on regular ritalin for awhile. The positive affect was there, but it was very short lived. I tried ritalin SR, which was smoother but unreliable. Adderall simply did not work for me. I want to ask my doctor about dexedrine next time I see him.

I hoped I have answered your questions. If I can be of anymore help let me know.

Please let me konw how it goes for you. If you'd like, drop me an e-mail at crogers2@i-55.com.
