This is day 4 of my own 54 mg per day Concerta trial . . . replacement for 15mg of Ritalin 3x's a day for mt Adult ADD.
Concerta is much easier when it runs out after 10-12 hours than the "belly flop" of Ritalin. No noticeable crash.
Appetite suppression seems less, too.
Not quite as high performance as Ritalin in concentration level, but not without benefits.
But it's just 4 days.
