I have been wondering when it will appear to me that the dosage of my ADD medication is at it's optimal level. Ya know is it to high or to low??
Currently at 30mg a day of Dexedrine Spansule capsules.
It is helping me but i still find my self running in circles trying to complete assigned tasks at work. I am not saying it hasn't helped because it has - probably by at least 10 laps a day.
I just want to know when i reach my optimal level.
Does anyone have any info on this.
