I've had great results with Concerta so far at 36mg twice a day. I seem to have much more ability to concentrate on one thought at a time. I have noticed that it doesn't take care of the hyperactivity as well as the Ritalin did
: I have noticed some improvement with concerta's performance, but its taken well over three weeks and I am still not overly impressed. But who knows? It may just take longer to work well than regular ritalin, since it works differently.
