By "regular Ritalin," I'm assuming you don't mean Ritalin-SR. What was your dosage on Ritalin? According to our pediatrician, 18mg Concerta 1x per day is equivalent to 5mg Ritalin 3x per day. Perhaps your doc doesn't have you on a dosage equivalent to your old Ritalin dosage?
