Hi all,
I'm 13 years old and I think I might have ADD. I constantly space off, and more than others. Especially when whatever I am trying to concentrate on is boring. I.E. in my geometry class, I HATE it and it is SOOO boring and so I spend the entire time staring at my book but thinking about totally different things so when my teacher calls on me I never have any clue where we are. This also happens in every other class. As a result, my grades are low. It is affecting some other things too.
I can't concentrate the slightest bit, even when I'm just trying to fall asleep!!! I sometimes space out for like 30 min at a time thinking mainly about school and other stuff, mostly totally random, and then I fall asleep at like 2 when exhaustion overpowers me.
Part of this may be due to a processing disorder I have. However, it is very slight. About 8% of the things I hear I do not process or I process wrong. Maybe related???
Well thanks for reading this. Sorry it was a little long :-)
