: I have never been formally tested for
: add but a psy. I saw a few times gave me a script. for Ritalin. It seems to help but I can't seem to maintain the schedule. I take it regularly for a few days then forget to take it one morning and before you know it I've fallen off the wagon so to speek. Sometimes I enjoy being goofy and veging the day away. Maybe Its that I really don't really wan't to take the meds. My wife can tell when I take it more than me. I'm a college student again at 31 any suggestions that may help?
Yep go to your local walmart or drug store and pick up a 7 day a week pill container for about a dollar. Fill it with your medication once a week and close all the lids. Put it some place where you will see it every morning and when you take your pill that day leave that days lid open. That way you won't forget your medication. Cheap, simple and it works. My son has one and my hubby has one. Hubby takes lots of diffy meds so now with all his meds in one slot he never has to wonder if he has taken his meds or not and which ones he took and which he didn't as they are all in the daily container.
