Thank you all for your kind and encouraging post. Today for the first time, I gave my daughter her first dose of the medication. I had to look at it as a first step to making her well. I realized that if she was having an asthma attack I would not hesitate to give her the meds to make her better, so I should apply the same principals to this medication. As far as my husband is concerned I've basically accepted the fact that like so many other things I just have to put on the supermom cape and do what I do best and handle it:-).
