DEAR READERS/SIRS/MADAM
I HAVE SOME ADHD PROBLEMS (NOT THAT EXTREME..)I AM 52 YEARS OLD
AND WE ARE AT THE FAMILY THERAPY AND OUR THERAPIST RECOMMENDED ME TO GO TO A NEUROLOGIST (I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHY ??)THE DR WITHOUT ANY
DIAGNOSIS TOLD ME TAKE RETALIN SHE EVEN DID NOT TALK OR ASKED ME ANY QUESTION I WAS SURPRISED THAT SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE TAKES CARE OF CHILDREN AND SHE WAS ASKED BY THE THERAPIST WE ARE SEEING WITH MY
WIFE TO EVALUATE MY ADHD CONDITION.AND NOT GIVE ME PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT ANY TEST.
I AM PSYCHOLOGIST MY SELF AND I KNOW THAT I AM NOT RETALIN CASE A BIT HYPER NOT MORE MY WIFE IS MORE THAN ME IF YOU ASK ME AND WHY SHE IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR RETALIN?.
I READ AN ARTICLE WHICH SAYS THAT RETALIN IS A ADICTIVE DRUG AND WHEN YOU STOP IT THE SYMPTOMS GET BACK THAT MEANS I HAVE TO TAKE IT LIFE TIME WITHOUT EVEN BEEING DIAGNOSED.CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE?

THANKS,
DAVID BELLMAN
