: I'm on pg. 216 of "Driven to Distraction" by Ed Hallowell and John Ratey. I'm pretty sure I've 'got it'; the obvious next step is to get a professional opinion. However, here is something I wonder about. Last night I think I could have stayed up all night with little difficulty. How much of this may be due to ADD? Admittedly, I did ingest a lot of caffiene Saturday. I thought I had my last caffiense at about 5:00 P.M. and still could have stayed up all night. Does anybody out there have any thoughts on this? Come back...

I could stay up all night easily. I used to work the night shift and even though I am off of it for about 6 years now it is still easy to stay awake all night. You sound like a night person to me .............nothing at all unusual about that.
