I agree with Sue. Maybe you are just a third
shifter! But I myself cannot overdose on caffine.
Coffee, soda, etc... But another problem is if I
work late and do not have a time to wind down, no
matter how tired I am I can't sleep. When I would
sleep in on Sunday morning and cannot get to sleep
at a decent time on Sunday night.

Every little thing you you take into your body
effects how you feel. I know this is intensified
when you have ADD.

Great book Joe! I made it to page 239 before I
put it down and started reading some good science
fiction. I do that. Not finish a book or be reading
two or three books at one time. You know it took
me almost 5 years to read Gone with the Wind. I
got halfway through the book, put it down, and
picked it up again where I left off and finished
it. But I love to read! It's studying that is
the hard part. And retaining information.
Reading fiction is easy. I'm not required to
remember it.
