It seems like your daughter could use the help of medication. I wish my family had known about me when I was your daughter's age. I didn't find out until I was 27, years after teachers told my mother I wasn't performing up to standard. Back then they didn't know. I would hope you'd give your daughter the help she needs so she won't have to struggle as much as I did. Medication beats feeling like a failure and the subsequent loss of self-esteem...
