My son has been identified as add and dyslexia. We will be going to pediatrition in a week or so. I expect we will try Ritalin. If you find out something about herbs please let me know.

By the way. I am 33 and on Ritalin. Seems to help me. Hopefully no negative side effects.

: My 10yr old daughter has been evaluated by school, (psychologist & teacher). And is showing definite signs of ADD. I will be taking her to the doctor soon, but my question is does anyone know or have tried any Herbal medications, Vitamins. Alternative medications instead of Ritalin & Adderol. I would like to try something like this before meds prescribed.
