Hank,
Believe me, you are not alone. I was diagnosed at the age of thirty. LIke you, I knew I had a problem, but didn't know what it was. I suggest you read books on ADD, go to web sites, etc. and find out all you can about this disorder and how to handle it. don't hide it, you have a lot of good qualities because of this as well as the ones that make you mad. Learn to use them as best you can. dont expect more from yourself than you can do but push yourself to improve and do the best you can. Like I tell the Cub Scouts. Don't do the best others can do, do the best you can do. It's different for everybody, not just those of us with ADD. Feel free to email me if you want to correspond some more.

Good luck,
Toad
