: Someone that doesn't know what Dialuadid is should not be messing around with it. It is a very potent pain killer than could cause overdose in an opiate naive person in large enough doses. Not much is going to help with any kind of opiate withdrawal (hydrocodone) except time. It takes three days to withdrawal from most opiates. Anti-diarrheals and an OTC pain reliever is about all one can do to ease the discomfort. By the way, detox does not cure addiction. Detox is the easy part. try ultram for the detox discomfort it is a new non-narcotic pain med that is also non habit forming that your doc can prescribe it will make those three days alot easier. worked for me.
