David- Thanks for your reply. It's seems I'm willing to go to any lengths to achieve some things in my life. Drinking????? I never seem to tolerate the uncomfortableness or the dgree of change necessary to be unhooked. I'm surely bombarded, as are we all, with all of the theories surrounding alcoholism: "disease", "thought process", nutritional problem/allergies", "genetics". Wbatever, it kills you.

Thanks for the wakeup call. I'm always disturbed by changes to routine or lifestyle. Even when it's not healthy to stay in the comfortable one.
