: I am in pain management for several very painful diseases and disorders which require strong pain meds, like oxycontin. My worry is that I take them more than I am supposed to, which is usually when I am in more pain, that I am losing control, and i don't want to get myself into trouble. I just don't know what to do.

I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD THAT IF YOU ARE TRUELY IN PAIN THAT YOU CANNOT GET ADDICTED. I NEED MORE INFO THOUGH. WHAT DRUGS YOU TAKE. WHAT STRENGHT. HOW MANY ARE YOU TAKING. THE DANGER MAY NOT BE ADDICTION, BUT OVERDOSING. POST A MESSAGE BACK WITH THESE ANSWERS, AND I WILL RESEARCH THE DRUGS AND GET BACK TO YOU. TAKE CARE.
