Most detox places have free tuition or lower rates for people with financial hardship, that you must prove with past income tax returns, pay stubs, etc.
I know that when Eric Clapton set up his recovery center in the Bahamas, he said no one would be turned away for lack of funds. I think it is in Aruba (sp) and you can search yahoo for the address, look for recovery centers in the Bahamas, and Eric Clapton.
Check it out and let us know if he is honest about helping people who have no funds. Also Betty Ford has the same program for people wilh $ problems. I think all you may need is the airfare and if they have space they may help you.
