I know you guys have been providing online support for each other. As a former addict and being formerly married to one, I could offer a word or two of advice.
You both should go to Alanon. You will meet other people you can relate to who will reinforce the message to take care of you first. You will get good advice on how to deal with your spouse.
If you want to stop using GO TO AA, NA whatever. Abuse of a substance of universal.. you will be given support and suggestions. If you follow the suggestions, your life will change. It works. It really does. You just have to want it.
