I had already convinced myself that I was ok! Then I used (a lot) on Thurs night and had to go to work feeling really sketchy in the morning. I seriously messed up a presentation and a meeting I was supposed to lead. I'm pretty pissed at myself about that.

I'm even more pissed at myself b/c I know that I'm going to see my friends in 2 hrs and they are going to have coke and I am going to use it.

I couldn't find any Sunday meetings which is terrible b/c now I have to wait til Monday.
