Addicted to hydrocodone/oxycodone for two years, finally topped out at 60-75mgs a day, ran out of
140 pills in ten days, now suffering terribly. Didn't think anyone else knew the feelings, and symptoms,
never thought it would happen to me. I would eat a couple, convince myself they were not really helping,
eat a couple more, eat some bread to keep them down, then tell myself I would ration the rest, even
went so far as to put so many in each little container for the rest of the month, until I could see the
dr. again. Now everyone is on alert, too many calls for different excuses, and I am out for the next ten days.
I would gladly pay whatever it took to get enough to make it through, the classic signs of addiction.
Due to an accident, I have 4 ruptured disks in my back, and two herniated disks in my neck, but no
insurance for surgery, which is no guarantee. I can't turn my head, raise my arms, or lay still. The
medicine really helped me, but now, with nothing to help, it's just torture to even live. Please send your
prayers that I will make it for another 12 days, until I can see my doctor again. Thank you all, for being there
for all of us.
