I was thinking, maybe you'd find suggestions on the smoking cessation section on this healthboard. Also, I noticed that you didn't mention acupuncture. Have you tried it? I never have, but an uncle of mine did. He was a chain smoker, 4 to 5 packs a day. He finally set his mind to doing something about it. He had three acupuncture sessions, and never smoked another cigarette again. Unfortunately, a year after he quit, he was diagnosed with lung cancer and passed away. It doesn't work for everyone, you really have to be in a state of mind to want to quit when you go. Good luck.
