The formula should read:

one dose three times a day for four days.
Ex: 2 (50mg) pills three times a day (total 6 pills)
On the fourth day reduce one of your doses by
1/2 of a 50mg pill (total of 5 1/2 pills).
Repeat every 4 days always reducing by 1/half of a 50mg pill every 5th day.
This is slow but sure.
