Me 28 recovering addict, clean only couple of months, now no drugs,smoke ordrink have been using for 8 yrson and off . In general feeling good, starting back to snowboard,bike, skate, etc, last 3 yrs of use hardcore addict, lie, cheat, steal etc. Anyway now I have a couple of physical things I,m concerned about, I have slight preasure on chest I notice usually when just sitting around, like someone blew a little to much air into my chest, next I catch myself clinching my teeth, third I find my arms fall asleep alot when I,m laying around watching TV or sleeping. Ive heard I could have a build up cut around my heart, in my lungs or in my vains, should I take asprin to help thin my blood? Is there any good herbs for these problems? is my nervious system damaged? plese resond if you have any answers.-one day at a time.
