My younger brother was into taking crystal-meth and now does herion. He used to be a good kid but now I wouldn't trust him. He steals anything he can, can not keep a job, lies and can not be trust for anything. He was arrested several times for thieft but got off scott free. He recently stole a town truck and ran. He is somewhere, won't tell us. I only want to help him but he thinks he is fine. I hope to God the police find him and maybe then he will get help. How do you help a person who has this type of problem when they think it is fine and under control. Any info would be great.
