Lots of vitamins and good nutrition. Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids. Exercise will cause your body to produce natural endorphins, and alleviate some of the aches and pains you are experiencing. Your energy level will come back in time. Exercise as much as your body will allow for now. Visit your local health food store. There are some nutritional supplements that claim to help with addictions. They certainly can't hurt. Detoxing is the easy part. Most opiate addicts say they have quit a thousand times. How true. Staying away from opiates is the tough part. Good luck.
