As a recovering addict the only way I know is to go through it. Put it down and vow not to pick it up no matter what. Have you considered NA? There you would have a lot of people to talk to. Addiciton to rx'd drugs is more common then you might think. I have worked for Rheumatologist for years and I see it everyday. :)Marie
