I had the same problem a few yrs ago. I made myself stop, because i was using it continuously all day. After 2 or 3 dys. the stuffiness will subside, and u will get back to noral. Also, a dr. can prescribe a spray that will not cause the rebound u are experienceing. Im so glad i am not addicted to it any longer. What a pain in the neck it was to have to make sure u dont run out, and have it available to u every few hrs!
