My wife is trying to kick a heroin addiction w/o help. I'm trying the best that I can to help her "ease" throuh this.
I would get her into a rehab/detox, but I'm a poor college student barely making ends meet anyhow, partly due to money "dissapearing.
My questions are as follows:
1.Is there anything I/she can do to help releave her withdrawal?
2.Approximately how long will she be in withdrawal, she was a very avid user?
I realize this is most likely not the best way of doing this, but she decided to try it.
I have started looking into low income counciling, when should we start it?
Any advice is greatly apprieciated.
