I was a heroin addicted for 3 years. I went on methadone to get clean. It worked but was very expensive so when I went into the hospital to have my baby, they detoxed me. You may not know but detoxing from methadone is worse than heroin. Subsequently I started buying painkillers and have been addicted every since. I just don't know what to do. I have a normal life, good job and the only reason that I take them is because if I don't I go into withdrawal and it lasts for weeks and I can't function. Other than going into to treatment which is not an option for me, what can I do. Does anybody know of any products that can clean your system out so the withdrawal symptoms arent' so bad. Help.
