: Like above... you are headed for disaster. I used to think that PM would put me out every night, but after awhile it was not enough. So.. I went to heavier meds... but now.. I am out off all that.. I got into a good workout routine, changed my diet and just started to take care of myself. I found that my sleeping habits changed. I also became a better person too.
