Alcohol and Hep C are a deadly combination.
And you are tinkering with death with the drugs and alcohol combination even if you didn't have Hep C. I think your best bet is to get somewhere to get detoxed and have a treatment in mind for your addictions. In house treatment centers work well for many. Alcohlics Anonymous also works well for many and is often prescribed and or recommended as a follow up for in house treatment.
Trying to stop on your own without proper medical supervision could kill you. This is no joke. Get some help. There are many people that would be very happy to help you.
