Help, I need to know if caffeine is addictive or not, because if it is I think I am addicted.
But how does one know for sure? I've been drinking it a lot lately and now I can't go a day without
drinking pop. I need it, I get all tense if I don't have it but when I do get it, I calm down. Please help me.
