I work for a community drug and alcohol service in north wales and am exploring alternatives to residential rehabilitation for drug users.
The financial costs of funding residential rehabilitation are severely limiting the teams ability to respond to diverse client need.
I would be grateful if anyone knows of sucessful community based rehabilitation projects,and can provide any contact details etc, so that we can begin to develop a suitable model for services in our area.
