: I WAS DIAGOSED WITH ADRENAL DEFICIENCY (ADDISONS DIS.) WHEN I WAS 16 AND HAVE HAD MANY TIMES IN HOSPITAL SINCE THAT TIME. I FEEL VERY HEALTHY MOST OF THE TIME. I DID HAVE A SEVERE STROKE AT AGE 34 BUT COMPLETELY RECOVERED. I COULD NEVER GET PREGNANT AND WAS TOLD THAT A AGE 16 I ALSO HAD A COMPLETE HYSTROECTOMY AT AGE 26. i FEEL VERY LUCK EVERY DAY THAT I CAN GO ABOUT MY NORMAL LIFE AND THIS DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH MY DAILY ACTIVITES. IT IS A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO HAVE GONE THROUGH. BEST OF LUCK!
Maybe you can help me, I know this board is for humans , but my dog has had addisons for a year. Since she can't tell me how good or bad she feels. Can you describe what addisons feels like?
