seems to be the effect sugar has on many people though, due to blood sugar levels.

: i was diagnosed with addisons in march of this year, i see a natrapath/md for this and
he has me staying of of any sugar, this seems to help a great deal, because
i could eat all the sugar i wanted today and be fine but tommorow i going to be lethargic
and crabby. has anyone else had this happen, i haven't seen much about diet and addisons,
and this is something that we at least have control over.
